The rules are tightening — CCPA ADM lands January 2027 — and the organizations that prepare early will have a much easier time than the ones that wait.

AI as a threat and a tool
Separating what genuinely changes for defenders from what's just noise, and making sure the program is positioned for the next few years rather than the last few.

Broadening from security-and-DevOps leadership toward owning technology strategy end to end
A deliberate longer arc, with AI and security as the concentration I'm betting the next decade on.
